The Clarity Mind State is a state where one resides completely and unequivocally in the present moment.
Life flows from moment to moment effortlessly and easily.
It’s a brand new day, a new start – where do you begin? The place to start is where you are right now.
It’s easy to feel lost and confused when you expect a clear master plan to unfold. In actuality, the master plan does exist, with every small step you take. The actions you take right now are your new beginnings.
I used to think way too much. I would continually ask myself questions over and over again and ponder deeply in a confused miasma of circular thinking. I was addicted to it. My wife would tease me, “Be careful — your head might explode!”
The mind is designed to generate thought, but sometimes we get into mental ruts of endless constant analysis where you never solve anything or reach a point of completion.
I think we think too much. Don’t get me wrong, I think the mind is an amazing tool to help us live and survive in this world, but sometimes it feels like my incredible thinking machine has a life of its own!
When I start thinking, thoughts seem to morph from one thought to another. “I need to mow the lawn” and suddenly the color green flashes before me. Now I’m thinking of “money” which leads to thoughts of retirement. Then I think, “who will care for me?” transforms to, “I wonder what it will be like to die alone?”
Lately, I’ve been meditating on the heart center. As a result I’ve enjoyed new experiences and realizations. Since the heart is at the center of our being, and many people protect and keep the heart constrained, it is important to be aware of the necessity for its opening and purification.
Releasing and clearing negative emotions like fear and anger quickens our spiritual evolution and relieves stress. As we grow into the meditation, we learn to keep our hearts open and relaxed, and we are more able to respond to spirit’s inner longing for our highest good.
There is nowhere that God is not. We are units of pure Being, individualized, on a trajectory curving back toward Ourselves. Our purpose is to cease identification with limited mind, and to finally see who we really are. Going within, observing, and silently seeing with clarity and beyond all contradiction, that we are in essence nothing but joy embodied, is our true purpose for being.
The longing we feel for fame, wealth, love, sense of purpose or fulfillment is merely a longing to be reunited with our Creator. This is God’s great dance. This is God’s great movie. This is God’s great pleasure. The illusion called life manifests in nature as light, vibration and energy, and how seriously we identify with this illusion affects to what extent we suffer.
Some of the biggest challenges in relationships come from the fact that most people enter a relationship in order to get something. They’re trying to find someone who’s going to make them feel good. In reality, the only way a relationship will last is if you see your relationship as a place that you go to give, and not a place that you go to take. ~ Anthony Robbins
Don’t rush into any kind of relationship. Work on yourself. Feel yourself, experience yourself and love yourself. Do this first and you will soon attract that special loving other. ~ Russ Von Hoelscher
Pure knowingness exists for all to realize. Knowing is the light of Self reflected onto the mind. Seeing beyond the mind means getting in touch with Self. All is possible when Self becomes predominant. Awareness of Being reflects in all action, thought process and feeling. We truly know, “I am That”.
When life is a reflection of Pure Knowingness, all that emanates from this awareness is joy. Mind and ego are not irrelevant, but less dominant. Desire to become no longer exists, and this understanding reveals that you are already That, whole and complete. Identity falls away.
Going deeply into Myself has been the greatest blessing in my life. Meditation clears away deep conditioned beliefs and memories.
Lately, I am losing my identity. And that’s a good thing. I catch myself looking at my body from a distance. It’s as though I am invisible. I have found that simply being is so joyful. The ego is finally diminishing and I’m beginning to see more clearly.
Meditation, or no mind content, brings an understanding of the Ground of Being. You realize your oneness with All That Is. You can have anything, and know anything. All is given to you, and you experience joy, all the time. Life begins to live you, rather than you living life. (more…)
