Who I Work With
How I Work | What is Coaching | Clarity Mind Institute | Clients | Blog
I work with intelligent, conscious clients and business people who either find time, money or energy is missing from their lives. I work with honest, focused and thoughtful clients to deepen their experience of success and joy.
I work with executives, leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, coaches, healers, teachers, and forward-thinking organizations from around the world. They are dynamic, curious, visionaries, and creatives who seek extraordinary lives.
I work with clients who:
- Seek better understanding of themselves.
- Want to take themselves to the next level.
- May be unfulfilled and feel like there is something missing.
- Seeking greater measures of happiness and want to lead a full and inspired life.
- Are conscious business owners.
- Are either self employed or have a business with 1 to 100 employees.
- Want to grow their business without sacrificing themselves, the people around them or the planet.
- Seek to improve their leadership and management skills.
- Want to become more efficient.
- Are linear thinkers and want to tap into their intuition and creativity.
- Are creative, or want to be more creative.
- Seeking tools to un-stress, tools to help them sleep better and ways of staying healthy.
Character
- Is committed to conscious personal growth.
- Has above-average intelligence and self-awareness.
- Has a strong sense of themselves as a conscious human being.
- Does not merely go through the motions each day without ever questioning their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
- Has spent time considering questions like “Why am I here?” And, “How shall I live in order to be happy?”
- Already ‘gets’ the point of personal development and doesn’t need to be sold on why it’s a good idea.
- Is looking to improve their lives across the board.
- Is seeking fulfilling career options, loving and compatible relationships, physical and mental energy and vitality, financial abundance, empowering habits, spiritual awareness, inner peace, and greater happiness and well-being.
Philosophy
- Is open to exploring and considering new perspectives across the board, and that includes the potential for spiritual growth.
- Is willing to re-examine their spiritual beliefs (and many other beliefs), and open to being challenged.
- Is open-minded with respect to considering alternative perspectives. Open-mindedness is necessary for conscious growth.
- Acknowledges that there is a creative force or intelligence guiding the universe, whether they call that God, Spirit, Source, Consciousness, or simply the Intelligence, and they are driven by a strong desire to live and work in alignment with that universal creative force.
- Knows how to make a positive impact in ever-expanding spheres of influence.
- Knows that there is more to life and work than the three-dimensional reality that meets the eye.
I have the greatest success with clients who are:
- Open to change. You realize what you are doing now isn’t working, and are open minded about doing something different. You really want to get over this problem.
- Willing to work hard. Things just don’t happen without a little elbow grease. You are willing to put effort forward and try new ways of doing things.
- Ready to take action. You may not know what to do or how to do it, but you genuinely want to learn and are ready to try a new approach.
- Willing to invest in themselves. You know that you’re worth the time, money, and energy to make this happen.
