Allow Meditation to Spill Over into Your Daily Life
Our minds never stop thinking. Even as we sleep, we dream and process information. Whenever you are compulsively thinking too much, you are not present.
Meditation is simply a technique that brings our minds to rest for awhile. It allows the mind, emotions, and body to un-stress, re-balance and reset. Stress works to block the flow of energy in our body. Once stress is released, the energy begins to flow again in a more natural and healthy way.
The purpose of meditation is to get in touch with consciousness. Since our attention is mainly outward, we have lost our connection with Source. Sitting in the silence clears our awareness and rekindles the connection with Source.
The goal of meditation is not to shut down the mind or anesthetize it, but rather to make it free, lucid and balanced.
Simply taking the time to be alone and enjoy silence, can stimulate our imagination, intuition, and creativity.
Meditating in a group helps reinforce your practice. Take time to regularly quiet your mind – and enjoy a new appreciation for life!
About Ken LaDéroute
I have been a meditator for over 30 years. The simple act of closing my eyes and emptying the mind has completely transformed my life.
By spending time in meditation and clarifying your awareness, you can gain freedom to make better choices.
In this awakening, you can identify your unique talents and gifts, explore how you can pursue your passion and achieve abundance by working smarter – not harder. It worked for me!
My job as a lifestyle design coach and meditaton teacher is to get you to see how you’re creating your life based on your thinking, feelings, behaviors, which people and situations you attract or become attracted to, and what you decide is meaningful.
Come and meditate with me – and we’ll quiet our minds together.
“In the Ego State thought comes first — in the awakened state presence comes first.”— Ken LaDéroute
