In a world where you can create your own reality, anything you desire for yourself can be manifested.
Of course, that isn’t exactly a 100% accurate depiction of the world we live in, but according to those who live by these principles, life can very closely imitate this pattern.

If adding meditation to your life has been something you’ve been meaning to get to for a while now, why not start today?

The only constant in life is change, so it’s likely that you’ve experienced it many times.
Though we all go through periods of change, some embrace it and deal with it quite effectively, while others suffer from “transition anxiety” and find themselves completely derailed by the shifts and surprises that life dishes out, which leaves them feeling uncertain about how to approach a new situation, and the future as a whole.

As children, your motivation is dangled in front of you by your parents. Either you got something of desire if you complied, or perhaps you faced punishment if you did not do as you were asked.
Of course, your motivation for getting up and going to work every day is at least the paycheck at the end of the week, but hopefully you also go for the satisfaction you get from your job. Maybe not.

If your sense of peace and contentment comes from what you own, or what goals and achievements you have created throughout your life, then it is time to stop and take a look around you. We are human beings, not human “doings” or human “havings”.
Yet, despite existing as human beings, we often let the art of “being” escape us. Think about the last time you had “nothing to do”. How did you feel? Bored, restless, fidgety, anxious, worried, or depressed?

Do you feel like your life is stuck?
When you find yourself discontent with everyday life, or you have a nagging feeling that you need a change, you’re probably in a rut. Ruts are not uncommon. So many of us find ourselves stuck in a job we don’t like, living repeated patterns of frustration and stress, and even feeling less than enthusiastic about our relationships and family.
Getting out of ruts can be challenging. We have a great ability to change ourselves, but we often don’t know where to begin. Sometimes it just takes a helping hand: an outside perspective, fresh ideas, or someone to act as a sounding board to vent frustrations and share inspirations can be invaluable to successfully navigating a slump. When you are ready to shake up your life, or at least figure out why you feel blasé, it might time to turn to a lifestyle design coach.

Many of us are either economically pinched or struggling to justify additional purchases out of fear of spending our precious reserves. While this seems sensible, not investing in ourselves or our lives could be hurting us.
Using our resources to continue to thrash around in a life fraught with endless debts and expenses and a job that doesn’t satisfy our inner self or our pocketbook can be frustrating. This frustration might be leaking out into our lives in unseen ways – maybe extra junk food in your grocery cart, frivolous shopping to ease your discontent, or petty arguments with loved ones. Now more than ever, it’s time to start using our resources to empower ourselves.

Time is the real wealth. Lately, I’ve been taking more time to do things that bring me joy. Playing the guitar, spending time in nature and longer periods of meditation.
Taking time for yourself seems idyllic and unrealistic to many of us. With many people taking on an abundance of responsibility and struggling to make ends meet, taking time for ourselves seems selfish and irresponsible. What about the bills, the kids, the boss, the spouse, the dishes, the dog, and the neighborhood bake sale? Who will water the lawn, who will get that deadline met?
